Terms of Use
This platform (“Platform”) is provided by 3R Inspection Services (“3R”) for use exclusively by authorized personnel and project-assigned subcontractors of 3R. By accessing the Platform, you agree to the following terms.
1. Authorized Use
Access is limited to activities within your assigned role and the projects to which you are assigned. You may not:
- Access data beyond your authorization level
- Attempt to circumvent role-based or project-based access controls
- Share, transfer, or sell your credentials
- Allow another person to use your account
Suspected credential compromise must be reported to your administrator immediately.
2. Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the Platform, including but not limited to project information, hours worked, mileage, quality metrics, and invoice details. Knowingly entering false compensation, hours, quality, or invoice data may constitute fraud and may result in termination of your engagement and legal action.
3. Confidentiality
All data visible to you on the Platform — including project budgets, invoice amounts, classification rates, personnel compensation, client identities, and any free-text notes — is confidential business information of 3R and its clients. You may not disclose, copy, photograph, screenshot, or export this data except as required by your role and authorized by 3R or a 3R administrator.
This obligation survives termination of your engagement.
4. Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to enter, store, or transmit content that:
- Defames, harasses, or discriminates against any person
- Violates applicable employment, privacy, or labor law
- References protected-class characteristics in ways unrelated to legitimate business purposes
- Discloses information of third parties without authorization
Free-text fields (such as subcontractor performance notes) are business records; treat them as such.
5. No Warranty
The Platform is provided “as is” for internal business use. 3R makes no warranty regarding uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3R will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Termination
3R may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Platform and delete any local copies of Platform data within your control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Oklahoma.
9. Changes to These Terms
3R may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
